Every production batch
carries its own record

Gyeongnam QSF records every stage, from raw material intake to despatch, at batch level. Each batch is assigned a lot number and a traceability QR code through which the origin of the raw material, the intake date and time, the freezing curve and the storage temperature history can be retrieved.

QSF SUPERFREEZE CERTIFIED

Our own certification programme, awarded only to product that has passed the Gyeongnam QSF ultra-low temperature process. Certified product must meet the −60°C freezing standard, the drip loss standard and the traceability recording requirements in full.

Each certification carries a unique serial number and a traceability QR code. Packaging, format and the method of tracking differ by sales channel.

QSF SUPERFREEZE CERTIFIED stickers by channel
Certification stickers by channel — holographic security finish, serial number and QR code printed

Each sticker carries the process validation mark (ULTRA-COLD −60°C PROCESS VALIDATED) and a unique serial number. Scanning the QR code retrieves the origin of the raw material, the freezing record and the storage temperature history for that batch.

Export stickers additionally show the drip loss standard (DRIP LOSS 3% OR LESS) and the batch number, so that they can be used directly for customs clearance in the importing country and for the buyer's own quality review.
